Tim Mulcahy (B.A., LL.B)

Tim has extensive experience in commercial litigation acting on behalf of domestic and commercial builders, owners, subcontractors, property developers and owners corporations across all Victorian and Federal jurisdictions. The matters in which Tim has acted include contract disputes, claims under the Domestic Building Contracts Act 1995, the Building Act 1993 and Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 2002.
Alexandra Foxcroft (B.A., LL.B)

Alexandra is experienced in assisting clients in relation to building disputes of both a commercial and domestic nature. Alexandra has assisted in matters involving large commercial disputes ranging across jurisdictions like VCAT to the Court of Appeal. Alexandra also has experience in preparing documents regarding claims under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 2002.This includes preparing and responding to Adjudication Applications.
Craig Doherty B.A., LL.B. (Hons) M. Constr. L

Craig advises clients on all aspects of construction and engineering matters both front and back-end. He has provided advice to a broad range of clients in construction and land disputes. He has extensive experience in the negotiation, drafting and administration of construction contracts and advising on project documents to principals, contractors, consultants and sub-contractors.
Craig is an accredited arbitrator and mediator. He has acted as solicitor and counsel in litigation, arbitration, mediation, tribunal proceedings and Security of Payment adjudications. He has acted in matters in the High Court, Supreme and District/County Courts and Magistrates’ Courts in Victoria, NSW, South Australia and Tasmania.
Teneile Lambe LL.B.

Teneile has recently completed a Bachelor of Laws. Whilst completing her Bachelor of Laws, Teneile obtained extensive experience as a paralegal with our firm.
Teneile assists the Partners and Senior Associates in a wide range of matters including building disputes, the drafting of court documents, legal research and the review of building contracts and project documents. Teneile also has experience drafting project documents including building contracts and consultant agreements.
